R&F Princess Bay, a project where R&F Properties entered the overseas real estate market; R&F Princess Bay is located in Johor Bahru, the second largest city in Malaysia, close to the customs gateway from Johor Bahru City to Singapore, and is connected to Singapore through Xinrou Long Causeway. In order to attract popularity and increase customer experience, R&F Properties has added this dry pool music fountain in the open space in front of the sales office, which contains more than 700 nozzles, with frequency conversion and spring running effects, supplemented by warm yellow tone lights, very gorgeous and dazzling
